Daddy's home!!!

After a long, full week away, Will finally got back home last night from a business trip! It's so good to have him home AND to know that there aren't any more long trips planned for his work anytime in the real near future! (So far!!) He's been working on a pretty big project lately which has caused him to have to be gone quite a bit (mostly in Oklahoma and Texas), but things should slow down a lot once this project is complete! Hannah and I had a good week while he was gone, but we were both ready to see him!

Otherwise things are going well for us! A huge praise is that (thanks to Craig's List) we got our current place rented out and the timing is going to work perfectly with our move to our new home! We are currently in a lease with this place until the end of July, so when we bought the house, we knew there was a chance that we might have to pay double (rent and mortgage payment) for a few months....but, were hoping and praying that maybe we could find someone to take over our lease in May (which, in Lawrence, is hard to do because everything operates on an Aug. 1st timeframe because of KU). Anyways...I decided to just see what would happen and took some pics, put an ad on Craig's List, and within 24 hrs had TONS of response, showed it in person, and had it rented out to new, great tenants...AND they wanted to start their lease as of May 15th!!!! PERFECT!!! What an answer to prayer! Seriously couldn't have worked out any better! God is so good!

So...we close on our house on April 24 and will have a couple weeks to do some minor painting, etc. before we move in probably the weekend of May 9/10!! We're really excited and looking forward to this transition in our lives!

Well, off to get caught up on laundry! Since Will's been away so much, he took the day off tomorrow to spend with his girls, so we're heading to KC for some fun! We're hoping to include some fun, Hannah-friendly places that people have suggested, so hope to have some pictures to share after tomorrow!
